Powers of Attorney
For the older client, it is worth considering creating a “Lasting Power of Attorney”. If you later become unable to manage your affairs the document enables your appointed attorney (for example your son, daughter or other relative) to look after things for you - we can prepare one for you and advise you about it.

Advising the older client
For the elderly or disabled client we may be able to arrange a home visit. Please contact Mark Cosstick at our Ealing office.
